Nominations are being accepted for the Missouri Association of Public Purchasing (MAPP) Executive Board vacancies for the year 2009. If you know of any MAPP member you wish to nominate, or if you would like to nominate yourself, please return this form to Bill Ward at the address indicated below prior to September 12, 2008.

To be eligible for a position as an officer or board member, MAPP By-Laws require an individual to be a member of MAPP for one full year and in good standing.
