Based on the MAPP Strategic Plan initiatives, MAPP has established this online bid/proposal solicitation resource library for its membership to use for researching specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions used by other public procurement professionals. All documents are password protected to help ensure that only the MAPP Membership have access to these documents. The documents are organized into three sections as follows: Commodity, Services, and Information Technology.

The “success” of this library depends greatly on MAPP members volunteering some of their solicitation documents for online publication.  Therefore, please send example IFB, RFP, RFQ, etc. documents that you think may be useful to the membership via email to the MAPP Webmaster, Kirksville Web Design at kirksvillewebdesign@gmail.com.  Also contact the Web Master should you have any questions or have forgotten the access password.
